• NEW HOPE RESOURCE'S MINISTRY:

  Coats and blankets, women's deodorant, size 5 diapers, baby wipes, dish soap, liquid hand soap, laundry softener, razors and shower gel are needed NOW.
  
  Thank you all for your contributions of school supplies. Many families were blessed with your help as their children began the school year. If your family is struggling financially, you are invited to visit New Hope’s clothing bank.
  
  You may take your donations to New Hope @ 4211 E Bernhill Road, next to Colbert Presbyterian Church. Brenda Carlson is our church’s representative.

• KERI ANDERSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

  As funds are available, the Women's Ministries Group offers scholarships to help with continuing education. Keri Anderson, daughter of Rich and Billye Anderson, was killed in an auto accident when she was 18. A scholarship fund was set up with the intent of helping others with education expenses. Contact Bonnie Williams (466-0696) or Doris Carlson (238-6559) if you are interested in applying for scholarship help.
  
  Scholarship fund donations may be given through your offering (please designate KAMS) or to the Colbert Chapel Women’s Ministries.

• DID YOU KNOW? MIDWEEK MINISTRIES for CHILDREN & YOUTH

  The 2 years-6th grade are led by Jackie Anderson, Stephanie Semb, Erick Cleveland, and Pastor Werner and Debbie Seibert.
  
  The youth are led by Shawn Shukle and Colin Sanders and meet in the top upstairs Youth Room.

• SUNDAY SCHOOL

  9:00—10:00 a.m.
  We ARE Growing in Jesus...
  
  The Adult Sunday School class is co-led by Doug Bleeker and Darren Friesen and is studying and applying “Faith”. (Located upstairs)
  
  The Youth are led by Shawn Shukle & Colin Sanders and meet in the Youth Room. (Located top upstairs)
  
  The 2nd-5th grade Boys are lead by Patti Friesen & Darlene Sisk and meet in the Christian Education Room. (Located upstairs)
  
  The 2nd-5th grade Girls are lead by Debbie Miethe and meet in the Preschool Room. (Located downstairs)
  
  The Kindergarten & 1st Graders are lead by Jen Whitehead meet in the Day Care class room area. (Located downstairs)
  
  The 4 & 5 year olds are lead by Dawn Fuchs and meet in the Toddler Room. (Located downstairs.)
  
  The Nursery-3 year olds lead by Brenda Carlson & Fern Farrell meet in the Nursery area. (Located downstairs)

• NEED & DEED BOARD

  INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  Write a brief description of your need or a need of someone in the community on a NEED card and pin it to the board. Need cards will be posted for 60 days. If you can meet a posted need take that card home and phone the person listed. If you take a need card, be sure to pin a DEED DONE card up in exchange as an encouragement to everyone! See board for cards. Remember, it must be a NEED and God gets the glory for needs met!
